Sensor Control
The RC Encoder has been successful and has received high appraisal as the multiple revolution type, battery less absolute encoder with original construction and precise gear technology. The RC encoder ranges from 12bit to 16bit while the high resolution RC encoder ranges from 12bit to 20bit or the CT resolution which can be made depending on the user's applicability.
Condition Monitoring System
The Motor Operated Valve Diagnostic Analysis System (MOVDAS) is an epoch-making diagnosis system that quantitatively grasps the state of things of the electrical valve. MOVDAS can diagnose during an operation. It evaluates the performance in the start. Then it calculates the percentage of deteriorated parts.
It also suggests the appropriate time to change the parts. Management tendency is possible with this machine; the valve element and engine can also be summarized as a health diagnosis. This is the best solution. The construction of continuous supervisory system at the nuclear power generation facility not only contributes to reduction of routine inspection period and dose decrease of radioactive rays in workers but also cost reduction effect depending on rational work distribution and as assembly/ disassembly degradation in efficiency evasion.
